Fern Sigler McDonald

After graduating from Erasmus I studied textile design at F.I.T. and spent the next 40 years
designing and managing design departments for
large manufacturers, Fieldcrest, Westpoint Stevens, Springs and Blumenthal Printworks. The
majority of my work was mostly in fields that created bedding design,wallpaper and upholstery
projects.
I've been married several times and my children are from my first marriage. Sandy and Jeff were
my husbands children whom I adopted and then had Karen. Bob and I have happily been together
for 11 years.
I've lived in NY, St.Maarten, Oklahoma, NJ, New
Orleans, Charlotte and now, Aberdeen.
I've travelled across this country many times, and have been to Europe and Japan.
There are many wonderful stories to tell about all
thats happened these past years and will gladly
share with anyone I know who's interested.
It will be wonderful to see all of you in May.

I hope most people would be pleased to find I'm still friendly, funny and look forward to every
single day with enthusiasm. I may be a little fuller in shape but still have the babyface I did many
years ago, but with a few more wrinkles!!
